9am All Level Yoga

Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga session. New to yoga? No worries! Any experience is welcome, every class is a start to finish session with in-depth instruction to each pose. Even if you are a seasoned practitioner we can give you variations to challenge you!

Yoga Express

Take a little time for YOU! Made especially for busy yogis, this class has all the Zen of a full class while neatly fitting into a demanding schedule. You will leave class rejuvenated and ready to tackle the rest of your day.

Saturday All level Yoga

Start your weekend off on the right foot, or even the left foot! This comprehensive Hatha Yoga class gives you every tool in the toolbox to be the best version of yourself, we focus on strength and balance and polish it all up with feel good stretches.

Saturdays 9a-10:15a $14

Gentle Yoga Express

This class is designed to achieve the joy of yoga for individuals that need a more gentle pace. Softer stretches and toning exercises along with use of a chair and other props make this class available to those recovering from injury or need a therapeutic routine.

PM All level Yoga

Wind down and let the day go. Even the most stubborn tensions don't stand a chance! A full length class that covers traditional Hatha Yoga postures and breathing practices. All levels and experience are welcome.
