Our lives are busier than ever, and along the way we sometimes lose sight of our inner goals. Yoga practice teaches us to start listening to the language of our body; through our breath and movement. Once we hear that voice, we find it is easy to listen. To take a pause, to help others, to heal and to help ourselves.

About the Studio

We are located in downtown Historic Dallas, Oregon. The studio embodies beauty and provides a calm atmosphere that is needed to truly tap in to our deeper selves. We provide all the necessary items that you would need in a yoga practice such as a mat, blocks, straps, blankets and other comfort items. Most yoga students find that they prefer their own personal yoga mats, as these are easy to find and afford.
